Sexy Thai star Rika Ishige goes beast mode!
Rika Ishige might have been out of action since September but the Thai stunner has not stopped training. She shared some footage on Instagram of her going beast mode on the pads:

Rika is in demand as an actress and a model but she still finds time to train MMA. The 32 year old is a veteran of nine ONE Championship fights and has been on the roster since 2017.
She has also enjoyed success outside of the cage with nearly 250,000 Instagram followers. Her Thai/Japanese heritage makes her a big hit with MMA fans who like to see the hottest female fighters throw down.
The Thai beauty certainly went beast mode here. We can’t wait to see Rika back in the cage again!
