A light heavyweight fight has been added to the Battlefield 2 card. American veteran Shannon Ritch will face China’s Wenbo Liu in Macau on July 27th.
Liu (11-7-1) a a former Legend FC middleweight champion. He has already beaten Ritch once, he stopped the 48 year old in the opening round at a Rebel FC event in 2017.
Ritch (57-87-0-4) might just be the most experienced fighter in the entire sport. He has been in with the likes of Kazushi Sakuraba, Yuki Kondo and Dan Severn and has won two out of his last four fights.
Two experienced light heavyweights will also be in action at Battlefield 2. Brazil’s Wagner Prado has been booked to face Korean Doo Hwan Kim.
The event will also feature several UFC veterans as Ben Wall faces Muhsin Corbbrey while Bryan Carraway takes on Raja Shippen.
