Yan Xiaonan has a new opponent at UFC 238. The Chinese strawweight will go in search of her fourth straight win for the promotion when she faces replacement Angela Hall in Chicago.
Xiaonan (10-1-0-1) is coming off a decision win over Syuri Kondo at UFC Fight Night 141. She had initially been booked to face Felice Herrig at United Center on June 8th.
Unfortunately Herrig suffered a torn ACL and was forced to withdraw from the fight. In her place steps Hall (9-6) who is coming off a decision win at UFC on ESPN+ 8 last weekend.
The event is headlined by a bantamweight title fight. Henry Cejudo (14-1) who currently holds the flyweight title will move up in weight to challenge Marlon Moraes (22-5-1) for the vacant 135lbs strap.
