The stakes in the ONE Featherweight Kickboxing Grand Prix just got higher. Chatri Sityodtong announced this afternoon that the tournament winner would receive $1 million USD.
The quarter finals will all take place at ONE: ‘Enter the Dragon’ this Friday at the Singapore Indoor Stadium. The current lineup looks like this:

Giorgio Petrosyan vs. Petchmorrakot Petchyindee (Quarter Final)
Yodsaenklai Fairtex vs. Samy Sana (Quarter Final)
Dzhabar Askerov vs. Enriko Kehl (Quarter Final)
Sasha Moisa vs. Jo Nattawut (Quarter Final)
Brown Pinas vs. Daniel Dawson (Reserve Bout)
The final is set to take place at ONE: ‘Century’ in Tokyo, which will be the promotion’s 100th card. Sasha Moisa is the most recent addition to the tournament, he replaces the injured Andy Souwer.
As part of the reshuffle Brown Pinas steps in to face Daniel Dawson in the reserve bout. The pre-tournament favourites will undoubtedly be Giorgio Petrosyan and Yodsaenklai Fairtex with both men on opposite ends of the bracket.
The tournament was already being hailed as one of the biggest kickboxing events of the decade. With so much money on the line for the winner, the stakes just got even higher.
