There has been a lot of talk about the UFC’s fighter pay recently but one way to ensure you get paid properly is winning a ‘Fight of the Night’ bonus. Molly Mcann and Ji Yeon Kim did just that after their three round war in Las Vegas this morning.
McCann, who earned the decision win, posted her reaction to hearing the news on Instagram:

No word yet from Kim who might not have won but certainly enhanced her reputation as well as boosting her bank balance with this performance. The two went toe to toe for 15 minutes at UFC Vegas 36.
McCann is from England and the event took place much earlier than normal in order to accommodate the live UK audience. If you missed it, that’s probably why.
Kim recently stated that she would ‘never lose‘ if she took up bare knuckle boxing. After watching this fight we think both ladies would fare just fine in bare knuckle.
