A middleweight contest pitting former champions has been added to the Road FC 57 card. Eun Soo Lee will face off against In Jae La in Seoul on Saturday.
In Jae (8-1) was stopped in the second round by Hae Jun Yang at Road FC 54 earlier this year. It put an end to his undefeated record and cost him his middleweight title.
By contrast Lee (16-6) never got to defend the Road FC middleweight title he won in 2012. The Pride and K-1 Hero’s veteran has only fought twice in the last seven years.
As previously announced former lightweight champion Yui Chul Nam will make his comeback at Road FC 57. The UFC veteran faces Shin Dong Guk in a welterweight fight.
Meanwhile two of the promotion’s top lightweights will face off when Yun Jae Jung takes on Nandin-Erdene. The card will also feature a kickboxing bout for the first time in Road FC history with Park Ha-Jeon taking on Oh Hyon-Ju in the flyweight division.
This card will see two former champions Soo Chul-Kim and Lee Yun-Jun return to compete in lightweight grappling bouts.. The former faces Takumi Nakayama while the later has been matched with Shunichi Shimizu.
