After two shows in their inaugural year, Zeus FC has brought on a major sponsor, signing a broadcast deal with SPOTV to make a major push during the new decade.

Zeus FC 3 is scheduled for January 11th at KBS Arena in Seoul with a twelve fight listing of the promising talents the country has to offer.

Looking carefully at the lineup, five bantamweight contests have been strategically placed. This is the first step to crowning their first-ever champion in 2020, according to Zeus FC president Jeon Yong Jae.

Undefeated stand-out Lee Chang Ho (5-0) will collide with MMA Story product Hwang Sung Joo (2-4) in the headlining spot. The former is coming off an impressive showing at ONE Warrior Series 9 where he devastated Micael de Jesus with strikes in the third round.

On the other hand, Hwang has found some recent success winning two of his last three after starting his career with three straight losses.

Two other bantamweight clashes on the card pit Park Eun Seok (0-2) against Lee Min Joo (4-2) and see Yoon Jin Soo (2-3-1) face off against Choi Han Gil (2-2).

Lee seems to have the most promising of these four 135lbers. After stepping away from competition for almost two years he returned in 2019 and went unblemished with two submission victories at Zeus FC 1 in April and KMPC 1 in September.

A battle of lightweight up-and-comers between Uzbekistan’s Shakhzod (2-1) and Park Jong Hun (3-1) is also on the card. The former burst on the scene with his wild, aggressive style and instantly became a fan favorite on the Korean circuit.
