Itsuki Hirata is one half of Japanese MMA’s hottest new couple. The 22 year old will be back in action at ONE: ‘Empower’ next week.
Her training camp should be coming to an end but she still found time to head to the beach with boyfriend Erson Yamamoto. Hirata shared some intimate pics of the pair on Instagram:

The two are training partners who hooked up earlier this year. Yamamoto is the nephew of MMA legend Kid Yamamoto who tragically passed away in 2018.
There are a few contenders for the crown of hottest couple in Japanese MMA. Erson’s mother, Miyuu Yamamoto, and her fellow Rizin fighter Kyle Aguon got married last year.
Shooto Watanabe and Hikaru Aono are also in a long term relationship. Meanwhile Tenshin Nasukawa had an acrimonious split from fellow Rizin star Kanna Asakura which goes to show that in Japanese MMA the path to true love seldom runs straight.
But Yamamoto and Hirata are the newest power couple on the scene and judging from these pics they couldn’t be happier. Let’s hope it hasn’t proven too much of a distraction as she trains to face Alyse Anderson next Friday in Singapore.
