ONE: ‘Collision Course’ Part II will be broadcast on December 25th. The event features a flyweight fight pitting Dae Hwan Kim against Kairat Akhmetov.
Akhmetov (26-2) had originally been slated to fight Danny Kingad at ONE: ‘Big Bang’ earlier this month. That bout was nixed after one of the Filipino’s cornermen tested positive for Covid-19.
Instead the former flyweight champion finds himself matched with Kim (15-6-1) in a catchweight contest. The Korean had originally been set to face off against Tatsumitsu Wada at ONE: ‘Collision Course’.
Meanwhile undefeated Brazilian welterweight Edson Marquez (9-0) makes his promotional debut. He has been matched with Russia’s Raimond Magomedaliev (6-1).
In the lightweight division Amir Khan (13-7) faces Dae Sung Park (10-2). The other MMA fight on the card is a catchweight contest pitting Senzo Ikeda (12-8-1) against Lian Hui (5-5-1).
