Kim Ji-Yeon has been re-booked to face Alexa Grasso. The fight had originally been set for UFC Austin but will now be taking place on August 29th instead.

At present this flyweight fight is the only bout on the card. The UFC has a series of events in Abu Dhabi coming up but this event looks likely to be held at the promotion’s Apex Centre in Las Vegas.

Ji-Yeon (9-2-2) is currently ranked #13 at flyweight. She is coming off a stoppage win over Nadia Kassem at UFC 243 last October.

Her reward for that victory is a shot at #14 ranked Alexa Grasso (11-4). The Mexican is based in Guadalajara and has alternated between wins and losses since signing for the UFC in 2016.
