A strawweight fight between Na Liang and Brogan Walker has been added to the UFC San Antonio card. The two will face off at the AT&T Centre on March 25th.
Liang (19-6) has lost two fights out of two during her UFC stint. Having been stopped in her previous two bouts a third successive defeat could see the 26 year old losing her spot on the roster.
Walker (7-3) has been fighting professionally since 2014 but really burst onto the scene by reaching the TUF 3o final last year. She would ultimately finish as runner up but earned a UFC contract despite being stopped by Juliana Miller.

The bout will be headlined by a bantamweight bout between veterans Marlon Vera and Cory Sandhagen. The Ecuadorian is on a four fight winning streak and has earned performance bonuses for each of those victories.
Vera (20-7-1) has been on the roster since 2014 and is currently ranked #4 at bantamweight. A win her would put him in contention for a shot at the title.
Sandhagen (19-4) fought for the interim bantamweight title in 2021 but was beaten by Petr Yan. He is coming off a stoppage win over Song Yadong at UFC Vegas 60 and will be looking to leapfrog Vera in the rankings.

Former UFC bantamweight champion Holly Holm (14-6) is still going strong at the age of 41. She will be going in search of a first win since 2020 when she takes on Yana Kunitskaya (14-6) who will also be looking to bounce back from a defeat.
