Nat Wondergirl was cageside to see her sister lose in controversial circumstances last weekend. But it doesn’t sound like she will be spending much time in Bangkok with the 23 year old heading back to Phuket to prepare for her next fight.
Wondergirl was disappointed when she didn’t get offered a fight on any of the three ONE Championship cards which have been booked for Bangkok this year. But her sister, Supergirl Jaroonsakgym, was in action last Saturday.
She dropped a split decision to Stamp Fairtex despite appearing to get the better of the first two rounds. Wondergirl will look to go one better by winning when she makes her comeback:

In her Instagram post Wondergirl tells her 102,000 followers,
Bye bye BKK! Heading to Phuket Time to go back to training. Stay tuned.
She started off in kickboxing and Muay Thai but her most recent fight was in MMA. Stamp Fairtex has demonstrated that it is possible for ONE Championship fighters to switch seamlessly between the three sports so it will be interesting to see which one Wondergirl competes in next.
She has made an undefeated start to her MMA career, submitting Zeba Bano in the opening round on her debut last year. But with Stamp showing she can compete at strawweight that might be one matchup that interests Wondergirl.

Broken English
Writing in what could only be described as broken English her younger sister appeared to take issue with the judging at ONE Fight Night 6.
What the result was? I thought everyone has known already. We just respect for the judges.
While the meaning is fairly ambiguous Supergirl appears to be questioning the result and saying everyone knew that she should have won the fight. The younger sister trains with her father at Jaroonsak Muay Thai in Bangkok but Wondergirl moved to Phuket in order to pursue her MMA ambitions.
She is at the newly opened Southside MMA in Rawai. With ONE Championship’s strawweight division currently looking a little light on contenders Wondergirl will be looking to make a big impression in 2023 and it sounds like she might have her first fight booked.
