Yan is rematching Aljamain Sterling at UFC 273. The Russian holds the interim bantamweight title while his opponent is the regular champion making this a unification bout.
The first fight ended in controversy after Yan was disqualified for an illegal knee. He was well ahead on the scorecards when the fight was stopped and has had to wait a year for the rematch.
If Sterling thinks he knows what to expect having already fought Yan once he may be in for a surprise. The Russian has clearly been learning some new tricks in Thailand!
