Ritu Phogat is working hard on her striking as she prepares to face Stamp Fairtex in the atomweight Grand Prix final on December 3rd. The Indian shared some footage on Instagram of her hitting pads with Dejdamrong Sor Amnuaysirichoke at Evolve MMA:

Ritu is better known for her wrestling while her opponent is a seasoned Muay Thai veteran. But she is clearly leaving no stone unturned as she prepares for the biggest fight of her career.
Dejdamrong is a former ONE Championship strawweight champion who has also won titles at Lumpinee. So she couldn’t have chosen a better trainer to help her prepare for this contest.
But will she really risk engaging in a striking contest with Stamp? We will find out on December 3rd!
