The Korean Zombie might have retired but the UFC has wasted no time in adding one of his compatriots to the roster.

So Yul Kim has signed and will be making her promotional debut at UFC Fight Night 231. She is moving up to strawweight to take on Eduarda Moura.

Kim (8-1) is riding an eight fight winning streak. She is coming off a submission win over Noelle Grandjean at ONE Friday Fights 28.

But the Korean will be moving up a division for this fight. She has been competing in ONE Championship’s atomweight division but this bout is set for 115lbs with no weight cutting restrictions.

Moura (9-0) came to prominence with Dana White’s Contender Series. She will be making her UFC debut  on November 4th.

The crowd at the Ginásio do Ibirapuera will be firmly behind Miura. Brazilian fans have a reputation for being hostile towards visiting fighters meaning that Kim faces a baptism of fire.
