Pancrase 322 is set for Shinkiba Studio Coast on July 27th. A second fight was added to the card today with lightweights Takashi Matsuoka and Yusuke Kasuya set to face off.
Matsuoka (13-10-1) scored decision wins at Pancrase 307 and Pancrase 310. He has won four of his last five fights but hasn’t competed since 2019 after seeing two bouts fall through last year.
Kasuya (10-6-2) is also coming off a long layoff and was last seen in action at Pancrase 308, challenging unsuccessfully for the interim lightweight strap. The UFC veteran has lost five out of his last six fights.
As previously announced the event will feature an openweight bout pitting Hikaru Sato against Kanto Fuchigami. The former made his Pancrase debut in 2000 while the latter comes from a BJJ background and will be competing in MMA for the first time.
Pancrase 321 is set for the same venue on May 30th. The card will be headlined by a featherweight title fight with Isao Kobayashi putting his belt on the line against Taichi Nakajima.
