Nat Wondergirl is back in training and hoping to get a spot on the ONE on Prime Video 6 card. The Thai strawweight was last seen in March when she submitted Zeba Bano in the opening round on her MMA debut.

The 23 year old revealed that she had been struggling with a back injury. But she is back in training and shared some footage of herself hitting pads in Phuket:

Successful debut

Wondergirl recently relocated to Phuket following the demise of Marrok Force MMA in Bangkok. She has competed in kickboxing, Muay Thai and MMA but seems more focused on the latter sport these days.

She already holds a blue belt in BJJ and has no shortage of experience when it comes to the striking side of the sport. But she did suffer defeat in her last Muay Thai outing, getting knocked down in a decision loss to Jackie Buntan.

ONE on Prime Video 6 is set for the Impact Arena in Bangkok on January 14th. There are currently six fights on the card so there might still be space for Wondergirl.

Weekly events

The promotion will also be putting on weekly events at Lumpinee Stadium starting on January 20th. While these cards are likely to consist primarily of Muay Thai fights there might be the odd MMA bout.

The first event at Lumpinee will be headlined by a Muay Thai title fight pitting bantamweight champion Nong-O Gaiyanghadao against Alaverdi Ramazanov.

Meanwhile ONE on Prime Video 6 is stacked with Thai fighters. Wondergirl’s younger sister is one of six stars from the country set to compete on the card.

Supergirl Jaroonsakgym faces Ekaterina Vandaryeva in a rematch. Also in action on January 20th are Superbon Banchamek, Superlek Kiatmoo9, Stamp Fairtex, Rodtang Jitmuangnon and Pongsiri PKSaenchaigym.

The card on Prime Video tend to consist of at least eight fights so there are likely to be a couple more bouts announced in the coming months. Wondergirl is hoping to get the call and continue with the undefeated start she has made to her MMA career.
