Dan Hooker is a Giorgio Petrosyan fan! The UFC lightweight was watching ONE: ‘First Strike’ tonight and clearly did not enjoy seeing the two time K-1 Max winner getting knocked out describing it as ‘the worst day ever’.

The Kiwi has spent a lot of time training at Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket so he knows his kickboxing. He might also have been feeling emotional after seeing kickboxing legend Andy Souwer retire following his defeat to Marat Grigorian.
There was a changing of the guard tonight with former K-1 Max winners Souwer and Petrosyan getting stopped. A new generation of fighters like Superbon Banchamek and Grigorian are set to replace them.
But for kickboxing fans with long memories, like Hooker, it is always sad to see legends fall.
