Rika Ishige is back in training! The Japanese/Thai stunner has been taking a break from social media but it turns out she has been training at Thailand’s newest MMA camp.
She shared some training footage on Instagram earlier this week:

Rika has not fought since 2020 and is on a three fight losing streak. But she remains one of the most popular fighters on the ONE Championship roster and has a big social media following.
Her former boyfriend Shannon Wiratchai has also been training at Bang Tao Muay Thai. That could be awkward but we are sure it won’t stop them from getting some good sessions in at the newly opened camp in Phuket.
In this footage Rika is sparring with Rizin veteran Topnoi. ONE Championship’s atomweight division is stacked and there are some big fights coming up soon but we can’t wait to see the Thai/Japanese sex bomb back in the mix!
