Su Mudaerji has been matched with Manel Kape in a flyweight fight at UFC Fight Night 207. Both will be looking to extend their recent winning streaks on April 23rd.

Mudaerji (14-4) hails from Tibet and suffered a submission loss on his UFC debut. But he bounced back to win his next three fights and earn himself a #13 spot in the flyweight rankings.

For Kape (17-6) expectations were high ahead of his UFC debut because he had just beaten Kai Asakura to win the Rizin bantamweight belt. But the Portuguese fighter got off to a slow start, losing his first two in the octagon by decision.

He has well and truly turned things around though, stopping his last two opponents in the opening round to earn a #14 spot in the rankings. Kape appears to have recaptured the sort of explosive form that made him such a fan favourite with Rizin.

Also on the card is a bantamweight bout pitting China’s Qileng Aori (19-11) against England’s Cameron Else (10-5). The event will be headlined by an all Brazilian strawweight fight between Amanda Lemos (11-1-1) and Jéssica Andrade (22-9).
