The newly vacated atomweight title will be on the line at Road FC 59 in Wonju on September 4th. Jeong Eun Park and Yu Ri Shim will compete for the belt which was previously the property of Seo Hee Ham.

Park (7-6-1) earned her title shot by winning three fights in a row. She has been on the Road FC roster since 2014 and has been in with the likes of Emi Fujino, Mina Kurobe, Emi Tomimatsu and Seo Hee Ham.

Shim (5-3) is coming off a loss to Park at Road FC 57 in 2019. She did not compete at all last year but had won three in a row prior to that defeat.

As previously announced the event will feature a lightweight fight pitting Park Seung-Mo against Shin Dong-Guk. The former is coming off back to back wins at ARC 1 and ARC 4 while the latter has lost his last two.

Road FC 58 is set for Changwon on July 3rd. The card will be headlined by a middleweight title fight with In Soo Hwang and Il Hak Oh facing off for the vacant belt.
