ONE: ‘Collision Course’ is set for the Singapore Indoor Stadium on Friday and the card has undergone another change. Dae Hwan Kim is out, he will be replaced by Yodkaikaew Fairtex who faces Tatsumitsu Wada in a flyweight fight.
Wada (22-11-2) has been preparing for an opponent who is known for his submission skills. But instead the Japanese veteran finds himself going up against a Muay Thai fighter who has made a successful start to his ONE Championship career.
Yodkaikaew (6-2-1) returned from a three year absence from competitive MMA to win two fights out of two for the promotion this year. He stopped both opponents with strikes.
As previously announced the event will be headlined by a light heavyweight kickboxing title fight between Roman Kryklia and Andrei Stoica. Meanwhile Nong-O Gaiyanghadao defends his bantamweight Muay Thai title against Rodlek Jaotalaytong.
The event will also feature a lightweight fight between Marat Gafurov and Lowen Tynanes. In bantamweight action undefeated prospect Troy Worthen has been matched with seasoned veteran Yusup Saadulaev.
